New Year's Resolution - Healthy Cooking, Healthy Eating!

Typical Tuscan cuisine is not exactly dietetic - anyone who has been to this region knows the menu at most restaurants usually includes pasta with different meat sauces, main courses based on game and/or pork and sausages.

So why not learn about healthy, as well as tasty, alternatives to your typical modern day Tuscan menu?
